Circus

We continued our summer tradition of taking the kids to the circus.  I am thinking they are starting to outgrow it, although they still enjoy it.  They were in awe the whole show and watched it all very intently.  Anything involving animals was Emerson's favorite, especially the horses and menagerie of cute domesticated animals.  Landon liked the acrobatics, motorcycles, tricks, and clowns.  I will say that the elephant act was much better this year.  I guess since they are phasing them out due to PETA and such they made it more like an educational session you would see at the zoo.  We learned things and they honed in on their natural behaviors.  Animals, stunts, popcorn, and $50 in stuffed animals and it was a day!  Everybody was happy and content.
